Return/Refund and Cancellation Policy

The purchase of all Greenacres Greenery LLC products is an acceptance of the terms of purchase as well as the return/refund policy.

By purchasing a product from Greenacres Greenery LLC you acknowledge your understanding 

that out products have been derived/extracted from hemp.

Cancel Policy

You can cancel your order by sending us an email at greenacresfarm679@gmail.com within 72

hours of placing the order.

In the case of overseas sellers, cancellations can be made only before the items have been 

shipped. Any cancellations after the items have been shipped will not be valid. 

Return/Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. The item must be unused and unopened.

Upon receipt of your order, if you are not completely satisfied, please email us at 

greenacresfarm679@gmail.com or by phone at 843-838-1263 for a refund or replacement.

• Several goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as 

edibles can’t be returned. 

• You will receive a store credit for those products purchased, shipping cost can be 

refunded or applied as an additional credit. 

Send us an email at greenacresfarm679@gmail.com with the following information:

-Name on order

-Order number

-Reason for return

After we verify your information, we will respond with our return shipping address.

Once you have shipped the product back to us, please email the tracking 

number. Make sure to include a copy of the order receipt or packing slip in your return package.

When we receive the package and verify that the product is intact/unopened we will issue a refund
